Joe C. Rigby of New Port Richey, Florida, passed into rest 2 days shy of his 69th birthday on February 22, 2023. Originally from New Jersey, Joe moved to Florida in the 1990's to be closer to his dad and family. A draftsman by trade, Joe worked with several engineering firms and owns a handful of patents. Joe was also a huge muscle car enthusiast and his Ford Mustang was his main hobby. He is predeceased by his father, Joe Rigby, mother Romayne Finerfrock, and sister Rose Baldwin. Joe is survived by his children - daughter Melissa, son Kevin, and stepson Karl Krauss (Bridget), his grandchildren - Aaron Rigby, Emily Krauss, Madison Krauss, Nathan Krauss, and Mackenzie Krauss, as well as his siblings - Barbara Rigby Parish (Marty), Ruth Weldon, Robin Phillips, and Bobby Phillips.
