Jacqueline, formerly of New Port Richey, passed away in Queen Creek, AZ. She is survived by her sons, Douglas and Jerry, and predeceased by her husband Gerald. Service will be on Monday, February 22, 1PM, at Meadowlawn Memorial Gardens.
