Charles A. Feeney, 89 of Port Richey, passed away on February 10, 2018. Mr. Feeney is survived by sons, Stephen, Charles and Thomas, daughter, Deborah Mulligan, sister, Margaret Castiglia, 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Feb. 15th from 2-6 p.m. Mass will be held on Friday, Feb. 16th at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
